As the resident BlackBerry guy, it falls on me to put together the list of what I consider to be my favorite freeware apps for the OS. I’ll be honest; this is one of the hardest articles I’ve ever had to write for Technoodling. While I continue to swear by the BlackBerry platform, scouring the internet for genuinely useful BB freeware just makes me want to swear, period.

With around 8,000 applications available, Windows Phone 7 is seriously gaining major traction with developers. Browsing through the marketplace will reveal a smorgasbord of useful and not-so-useful apps.
